CANCELATION POLICY

At The Collective Studio, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure that our schedules run smoothly and that we can accommodate the needs of all our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with another client who may be on our waiting list.

Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the client.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time out of respect for our next scheduled client. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please note that the full service fee will still apply.
